Tony Villamil, WEG Principal Economic Advisor and Dean of School of Business at St. Thomas Univeristy, addressed the gathering of South Florida Latin American Chambers of Commerce on the Economic Perspectives of , the improving business environment in 2010-2011 and managing business during turbulent economic times. This event took place at the South Florida Campus of the Ana G. Mendez University System in Miramar, Florida.
