Tony Villamil perspectives, on the impact of property taxes on workforce and middle-income housing problems in South Florida, were quoted in the front page article of the Miami Herald entitled Broward\'s soaring costs have many leaving home. The WEG CEO stated that taxing commercial property at its current usage or income method would assist in increasing the supply of affordable housing.
