Hernandez interviewed Mr. Yaros on the state of Florida's economy; "despite signs of slowing down in national economic indicators," Mr. Yaros is optimistic. When asked to comment, he said "So far the Florida economy is indeed holding up. The recent decline in energy prices will certainly act as an offset to some of the increases in interest rates in the past few years."
